PROCESSING TIME for all CUSTOM, BACKTO BASICS & SIGNATURE SERVICES & MADE TO ORDER wigs will be 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS ! 

Shipping starts AFTER the processing time is completed. 

For all ready to ship units, ship out time is 1-2 business days.

SHIPPING TIME 

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

DELAYS ARE POSSIBLE DUE TO WORKER SHORTAGE PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME.

ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED, IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO STAY UPDATED WITH YOUR PACKAGE. 

Expect delays during sales period & holidays.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the postal office to put in a claim for your lost or stolen package. After the package is dropped off at the post office , we are no longer responsible. 

Your order will not be replaced. 

All Packages come with a Tracking number. 

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local mail/post office.

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

At this time we ship  WORLDWIDE . Canadian & USA orders qualify for free shipping.

All prices on our site are in USD but we offer a convert on the page to see other currencies . Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post or UPS . Your order will arrive 2-7 business days after the order is shipped. 

When ordering outside of United States of America or Canada, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. BeautybyDom has no control over these charges, nor can BeautybyDom predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.

REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product refunds will not be issued. Wigs and Any Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer due to sanitation reasons. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us via email at dom@beautybydom.com. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date

Returns are only accepted when you have received the wrong items.

 

FOR ALL READY TO SHIP UNITS

PLEASE KNOW YOUR CORRECT  HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE BEFORE YOU ORDER! 

 

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON READY TO SHIP UNITS! IF YOU PURCHASE A READY TO SHIP UNIT AND ITS NOT THE CORRECT SIZE, WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT.

 

For all custom units please make sure you correctly enter in all CORRECT measurements. There will be no refunds do to the nature of this product. 

 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at dom@beautybydom.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and electronic files (ebooks, courses). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 Delays in shipping will also be affected due to Covid-19. If you are ordering for special occasions, please give yourself enough time. All units are made with mesh dome caps or adjustable mesh caps and constructed on a sewing machine. The knots will be bleached and units will be plucked and styled  unless otherwise requested.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON REPLAY’S OR CLASSES! BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL DOWNLOADABLE LINKS, I CAN NOT OFFER YOU A REFUND DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE ACCESS TO THE CLASS OR REPLAY!
