*Calls will take place via Zoom , participants have a 15-minute grace period before the meeting is canceled, no showing your appointment will result in a forfeited payment, any rescheduling should be done 12 hours in advance & meetings can only be rescheduled once.*

I originally booked my call, because I wasn't sure of what my next steps were (analysis paralysis). I wasn't really prepared with questions or a specific topic, but dom came fully prepared and ready with a plan for you. She also keeps communication with you open after as well, so if you have more questions or need more understanding she's there to help. Shipping starts AFTER the processing time is completed.

For all ready to ship units, shipping time is 1-2 business days.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the postal office to put in a claim for your lost or stolen package. After the package is dropped off at the post office and scanned, we are no longer responsible.

Your order will not be replaced.

All Packages come with a Tracking number.

If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local mail/post office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

At this time we ship WORLDWIDE . Canadian orders qualify for free shipping.

All prices on our site are in USD dollars but we offer a convert on the page to see other currencies . Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate.

All orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post OR UPS. Your order will arrive 2-7 business days after the order is shipped. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID

When ordering outside of United States of America or Canada, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. BeautybyDom has no control over these charges, nor can BeautybyDom predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
