All wigs will come with the closure or frontal bleached and plucked, Deep conditioned, washed, and styled so your wig will look very natural! Applying liquid or powder foundation underneath your lace, and concealer on top of your part.
please note that slight shedding is expected when detangling your unit, as all hair sheds and the wefts were cut during construction. If you bleach, color, and or use excessive heat you may damage the hair.
please know your correct cap size!
Each wig remake may not look the same due to the custom color! But it will be the same concept!

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Please contact the postal office to put in a claim for your lost or stolen package. After the package is dropped off at the post office and scanned, we are no longer responsible.
Your order will not be replaced.
All Packages come with a Tracking number.
If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local mail/post office.

All orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post OR UPS. Your order will arrive 2-7 business days after the order is shipped. PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
